Remote-first means flexibility & freedom
RippleMatch is a remote-first company, which means all of our jobs can be worked remotely. We have a physical office near Union Square in New York City, but our team is located all around the United States. Team members can come into the office as much as they want or not at all. This policy is consistent with our mission of increasing access to opportunity — we believe that exceptional talent is everywhere, and people can do great work from anywhere. We do our best work when we have freedom and flexibility.
Meaningful relationships, collaborative culture
We cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture that connects our distributed and NYC-based team members. Creating strong bonds means a lot to us and while we know that this can be done remotely, we also invest heavily in creating opportunities to make sure remote team members get plenty of in-person time. We offer in-person onboarding, travel benefits and both virtual and in-person team building activities.
